Proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ

Knowing the Good News of God’s reconciling love we will share our faith with others. We will create and support Christian communities beyond the walls of the church building that worship, eat, pray, and sing together.

Downtown Ministry

Saint Andrew’s Downtown Ministry helps create a visible and vibrant presence in downtown Bryan. We open our parish doors for Downtown Bryan’s First Fridays throughout the year, offering an opportunity for guests and visitors to come into our church.

Many guests come and enjoy tours of our historic stained glass windows, and they receive a colorful brochure describing each window.  Visitors can also enjoy the sounds of our bell tower carillon, ringing out hymns and tolling the hour.

  • Indoor labyrinth.
  • Art & crafts exhibits in the parish hall.
  • Special music performances by local bands.
  • Cocoa and Carols – held annually in December, with our Bell Choir performing.
  • Downtown Architecture Walking Tours.
  • Scarecrow Stroll in the courtyard, with scarecrow creations by downtown businesses
  • 12th Night Service in January.
  • Antiques fair & sale.
  • Downtown Dialogue community lunches and presentations.

There are many volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Contact to learn more.
